Yes! This course is accessible to all, no previous experience necessary, I would advise beginning gently in your second trimester, and modifying as necessary.
Absolutely, the classes will help you maintain strength for the postpartum period, it will aid your relaxation and the breathwork can be wonderful for the c-section experience.
Yes definitely, I think in person classes are invaluable and a great way to meet other Mummas too, however I still recommend to my students that they do this course. In studio classes we unfortunately don’t get the time to dive into the pelvic floor in such detail, or practice a full yoga Nidra, or even delve as deep into the breathwork, there is simply not enough time. This is an excellent addition to your regular class, or ideal if you can’t make it to a studio class.
